What a big difference to the out side of the house like a new house! It was like freshly painted, no more spider webs on the walls, no more rust on the cement. It was done with a big smile on his face and professionally. I recommend for you to try it and see the difference.

Ronnie was great. Responded quickly to my inquiry, was able to come early, gave me a very honest apprisal of whether the panels really DID need cleaning, and even took some photos to show me firsthand so I could make an informed decision.

He is licensed and insured (so if he falls off your roof YOU aren't liable!), and he did a speedy job using top-notch equipment (ionized water that leaves no spots.)

Additionally he has a high-end pressure washing system that did a dynamite job on my driveway and front porch (and at little added cost.)

Really good guy, easy to talk with. Doesn't work for some big company-- he is the owner/operator. Ronnie obviously cares about his work and takes pride in it and his equipment (which was all spotless.)

Highly recommended and I'd hire him again.

Fantastic job! Reached out for a quote on having our windows/screens cleaned around the house.  Ronnie responded within minutes and came out first thing the next morning.  Very reasonable pricing and quality work.  Ronnie took his time and and even washed an extra window I had forgot to mention.  Will be recommending to all my family and friends and Ronnie will be back out soon to professionally wash our solar panels.  5 stars!!!

I hired RM to clean my driveway, and concrete side- and backyard.  Over the years I've head stains from dropped and dried out fruit from fruit trees, kids' paint and markings, rubber marks from the cars, etc.  I saw a couple of pictures posted by neighbors and tried them out... the concrete around my house looks 100% better.  Some stains wouldn't come out and Ronnie, the owner, suggested that he could come back with some cleansers and additional tools to tackle them.  I didn't think it was necessary... I didn't need to be perfect, just not as "worn".  I couldn't be happier.  His prices were far less than I expected and the turnaround time was excellent.

 
I have to add, we had some kids' toys and plant pots, backyard furniture, etc. Ronnie moved them all and didn't charge me anything extra.

I'll definitely call Ronnie again and will recommend him to all friends and family.

We had been looking for someone to clean our gutters and drains for a long time. We decided to use RM water blasting, and we're super impressed. He was on time, competitive, and very responsive. He even did a couple of extras. Strongly recommend.

I rarely write reviews - in fact, this may be my first in years. I called RM water blasting about a clogged and slightly cracked gutter. Ronnie came out the same day and fixed the issue quickly. Lots of people are good at their jobs, but when you come across a service company that does their job well, does it in a professional manner AND does it with honesty and integrity... well, that's certainly worth writing your first Yelp review in quite some time. Eleven years ago I painted my driveway and the paint was peeling and chipping off in certain areas. I needed to have his company come and water blast my driveway so as to have uniformity on the whole surface.  He was very thorough in explaining the process, cost and time frame involved and was able to follow through on his explanations.  Very conscientious and personable and I highly recommend him to others in need of his services.
